Welcome to ANDILE WEB, a website builder Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by ANDILE MTETWA INNOVATIONS PBC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our platform, you (“user,” “customer,” or “tenant”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ANDILE WEB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may publish. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ANDILE WEB provides a multi-tenant website builder platform that allows individuals and businesses to create and manage professional websites, including ecommerce stores, course platforms, hotel booking websites, donation portals, and portfolios — all without coding skills.
Features include but are not limited to:

· Plugins and Integrations
· 24/7 Technical Support
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, users must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
ANDILE WEB offers monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscription plans (“Launch,” “Scale,” and “Infinity”).
· Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, Paystack, and others.
· Renewals: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
· Lifetime Plans: Grant ongoing access for the life of the product, subject to platform availability and continuity.
· Refund Policy: All payments are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of verified technical errors or double billing, at the discretion of ANDILE WEB.
· Users can upgrade or downgrade plans anytime from their dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ANDILE WEB for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Hosting or distributing adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory material.
· Promoting illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
· Uploading viruses or harmful code.
· Impersonating any person or entity.
· Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
Violation of this policy may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, software, designs, and
materials on andileweb.com remain the exclusive property of Andile
Mtetwa Innovations PBC.
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded content (text, images, products,
etc.) but grant us a limited license to host, display, and operate such content
for the purpose of providing our services.
7. Domain & Hosting
ANDILE WEB provides automatic subdomains (e.g., username.andileweb.com)
and supports custom domain integration.
Users are responsible for configuring their DNS settings where applicable. We
do not guarantee continuous uptime for third-party domain services.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Data collection, usage, and storage are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Zimbabwe’s Data Protection Act and global data handling standards. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices.
9. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to ANDILE WEB. However, maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any loss of business or revenue during downtime.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
· Breach these Terms
· Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
· Fail to pay for your subscription
Upon termination, your access to websites, subdomains, and associated content may be restricted or deleted.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
ANDILE WEB is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy,
or availability of the service. You use the platform at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andile Mtetwa Innovations PBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the ANDILE WEB platform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andile Mtetwa Innovations PBC, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on andileweb.com, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
